Rivur Phone Number
A Rivur phone number is a real phone number used from Rivur.
The phone number does not need a phone plan or an eSIM/SIM card to have calling and texting abilities.
Communicate without giving your real number out.
Phone Number Recycling
After a month, you can replace your number with a new number.
Transfer, delete or block contacts when you recycle a number on a contact by contact basis. Jettison the garbage.
Getting inappropriate messages? Ping us for an immediate recycle.
Text and Call Forwarding
For Premium and Pro plans, Rivur texts and calls can be forwarded.
This still protects your real number but allows phone calls to ring your real phone number.
Use on devices without Google Play services like GrapheneOS and other AOSP for notifications.
Rivur Features
Wi-Fi Only
A Rivur Phone number does not require a real phone number from a phone plan to operate. You simply need Wi-Fi to get your texts and voice calls.
SMS/MMS Encrypted
Any txt messages sent using Rivur on our system are encrypted and we cannot read them.
Lock PIN
A four digital code can be enabled so a PIN is required to open that app. This is separate from your phone's device PIN.
Private Contacts
Rivur Contacts are separate from your device's default contacts. Independent list just for Rivur and you can give them unique aliases for additional privacy.
One Phone Many #s
Rivur plans come with one to three numbers. These all work in a single Rivur app on a device.
Wipe PIN
If entered when Rivur starts, it will delete the contacts and messages from the device and log you out of any other devices.
No Social Media Integration
There is no social media integration with Rivur.
No Big Tech tracking.
Browse Lock
Flag contacts that require the Lock PIN to view the contact or messages. Extra protection for conversations.
Disappearing Messages
This can be set for 5 minutes to a year. Coming Fall 2024.
True Delete & Data Purge
When messages and contacts are deleted by the user they are purged from our system.
iOS Messenger Integration
Send and receive messages from your Rivur Phone number using iMessenger. Never leave the comfort of iMessage.
Group Chat
